March 1, 2013. Corporate Technology Solutions, LLC (“CTS”), of Tempe, Arizona, announces the acquisition of BCD Low Voltage Systems (“BCD”). BCD, based in Phoenix Arizona designs, installs, and services intrusion, access control and CCTV security systems along with other low voltage applications including voice/data, audio/video, and structured cabling.
Wes Dearbaugh, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTS, said “We are excited to announce the acquisition of BCD. BCD fits into our long term strategy, of not only expanding geographically, but by expanding the products and services and solutions we provide as an integrator to our customers. BCD has high quality people with significant experience in the security space. We will be integrating BCD into our recently updated accounting system (Maxwell’s ProContrator MX), the newest version of the long standing American Contractor software.”
